Project Chizuk
Benefit and Resource Program Available to Assist
Passaic/Clifton Community
Project Chizuk has been developed to respond to the current economic situation and to deal with the increasing financial needs of those in our community who are currently unemployed or otherwise having financial hardships.
There are many government and private resources available for community members to access; even those who own homes and have a current income may be eligible for some of these programs.
Experienced benefits specialists are available for private consultations at no charge to review applications and assist in applying for relevant entitlements. Call for an appointment.
To expedite review of your family situation, and helping us to determine your eligibility for various programs, you have the option of completing the attached form and returning it to us via fax or e-mail. The form can be filled out anonymously, leaving a phone number for contact purposes.
Assistance in resume writing/modification, interviewing skills and some job networking is available through the JFS vocational counseling division, and can be arranged through the Project Chizuk benefits specialist as well.
For further information please feel free to call 973-777-7638, e-mail resources@passaic-clifton.com or fax 973-777-9311.
